Every new patient starts with an Initial Medical Consultation
This visit is designed to
provide clarity, education, and a clear path forward
whether you choose to see another provider or continue care with me.
Together, we’ll:
Discuss your current symptoms and concerns
Review and interpret labs within the context of menopause
Explore evidence-based treatment options
Create a personalized menopause care plan tailored to your goals
Cost: $400
90 minutes
An extended visit allows time for a thorough review of your medical history, symptoms, prior treatments, and any relevant laboratory results.
Step 2:
Care Path Options
After your consultation, choose the level of medical support that best fits your needs.

COMBINING SERVICES
To Fit Your Needs
Every woman’s menopause journey is different,
and care doesn’t have to follow a single path.
Medical

Coaching
Unique to Empowered Menopause Care, many clients choose to
COMBINE medical care, coaching, & education in ways that best support their goals, symptoms, and life circumstances.
Some women begin with a medical consultation to understand what’s happening hormonally, then continue care with their primary provider using a personalized treatment plan.
Others prefer ongoing menopause-focused medical care with me, including prescribing and structured follow-ups, for more specialized support.
Coaching is available at any point—either alongside hormone care or on its own—to address lifestyle changes, mindset, stress, sleep, energy, and long-term wellbeing.
Group coaching offers connection and shared learning, while individual coaching provides more personalized support.
Care can be flexible, evidence-based, and centered around you.
Together, we choose the level and type of support that makes the most sense for you now, and as your needs evolve.
All medical and coaching services are provided through my independent telehealth practice.
Menopause coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care.
Medical services are provided in Washington State within the scope of a licensed ARNP and based on individual eligibility and clinical appropriateness.
Payment & Insurance
Empowered Menopause Care believes in transparent and patient-centered care in a supportive, unrushed environment.
To support this approach, we operate on a self-pay basis and do not bill insurance plans. This allows for longer visits and highly personalized perimenopause/menopause care without the limitations often imposed by insurances.
Payment is due at the time of service for all medical visits, coaching sessions, and educational presentations.
I’m always happy to answer questions about fees or provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for certain medical services that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
