Thank you!
You have successfully submitted the contact form. We'll be in touch soon.
I'd love to join your next gathering!
Whether it’s a book club, coffee clatch, staff meeting, or just your good friends getting together to chat.
Let’s open the conversation about perimenopause and menopause and create a supportive community where no one has to navigate it alone.
Monthly Menopause Meetups
Casual and supportive in-person gatherings to learn, ask questions, and connect with others
Once a month, I co-host casual, in-person gatherings around the greater Seattle/Eastside area where women can ask questions, share experiences, and get real answers in a relaxed, judgment-free setting.
Think less “lecture” and more “conversation with a friend who happens to be a menopause expert.”
You are welcome whether you’re just starting to notice changes, deep in the thick of it, or supporting someone who is. No pressure to become a patient — just a space to learn and feel less alone.
Each meetup includes:
- A short educational focus on a specific topic (hormone therapy, sleep, mood, brain fog, sexual health, and more — rotating monthly)
- Open Q&A — no question is too basic or too personal
- Time to connect with other women going through the same transition
- Take-home resources you can reference later
Cost: Free
Locations rotate around the greater Puget Sound area — check the calendar for the current month's spot

SERVICES TO FIT YOUR NEEDS
Every woman’s menopause journey is different,
and care doesn’t have to follow a single path.
Unique to Empowered Menopause Care, many clients choose to COMBINE education and medical care in ways that best support their goals, symptoms, and life circumstances.
Some begin with a personal medical consultation to understand what is happening to them hormonally, then continue care with their primary care clinician using a suggested personalized treatment plan.
Others prefer ongoing menopause-focused medical care with me, including prescribing and structured follow-ups, for more specialized support.
Care can be flexible, evidence-based, and centered around you.
Together, we choose the level and type of support that makes the most sense for you now, and as your needs evolve.
Medical services are provided through my independent telehealth practice in Washington State within the scope of a licensed ARNP and based on individual eligibility and clinical appropriateness.
Payment & Insurance
Empowered Menopause Care believes in transparent and patient-centered care in a supportive, unrushed environment.
To support this approach, we operate on a fee for service basis and do not bill insurance plans directly. This allows for longer visits and highly personalized perimenopause/menopause care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies or larger healthcare systems.
Payment is due at the time of service for all medical visits and educational presentations.
I’m always happy to answer questions about fees and provide a detailed invoice (Superbill) for certain medical services that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
